This listing is for a single ASTM F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud.

Measurements:

18 GA (1mm)
Post is 1/4 inch (6mm) in length, with a 3mm disc on back.
Approx. size of front piece is 4.7x4mm. Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering

Materials: 18K PVD Gold Plated Titanium, Titanium, zirconia

Care: Water and tarnish proof with proper care. If exposed to salt water, chlorine, or lotions/perfumes, rinse off with cool-warm water and gently dry. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Do not pull, twist, or tug on your jewelry.

This is the second pair of studs I've bought from Cords Club and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable that I forget I have them on. There is absolutely no irritation and I can even wear them to sleep and in the shower/bath with no problems. I'll definitely be buying more! Putting them in takes a little bit of practice but now I can put them in without even using a mirror. So keep trying if you find it difficult, it will get easier!
