Measurement: Outer diameter approx. 14mm


Care: Water and tarnish proof with proper care. If exposed to salt water, chlorine, or lotions/perfumes, rinse off with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Do not pull, twist, or tug on your jewelry.

Note that this is a cuff and, therefore, isn't as tightly secured as a clicker style or butterfly back hoop. That being said, with proper care, this cuff will be part of your collection for a very long time.

    Needs Fixing

    I've read a few reviews noting my experience with this ear cuff. It is SMALL and I cannot get it to open or fit. I'm not sure how anyone is able to wear this. It needs to be redone so it's easy to wear. I wouldn't spend money on it until it's changed and they show a video of how to put it on so that you know it actually has been fixed. I threw mine out because I can't get it on my ear.

    Cute but for your sanity, please do not buy

    This cuff is so cute and very sturdy. But that’s where the good features end. I have tried for hours to make this work and it just does not.

    It’s manufactured with a very small opening that can’t slide onto most ears at the orbital helix positioning. I have many other cuffs and while I have fairly thin tissue at that positioning, I usually make some minor tweaks for extra comfort but have never had an issue in doing so.

    Before trying to wear this cuff, I tried everything to get it open—pliers, the unwavering will of an eldest daughter to Get It Done, even scissors like one person mentioned—but it moved exactly zero. On top of it being impossible to open, it’s absolutely bananas to sell a product that knowingly will need to be resized for many people without instructions included, let alone not providing a tool. A heat gun or hair dryer is the only thing I haven’t tried, which I’d rather not do because it sounds like a recipe for tiny burns.

    I eventually gave up and was able to work it onto my ear with a lot of pain. Once I got forced it on, I was able to wear it for about 4 hours before it started to feel like it was pinching and I had to take it off—again with more pain.

    While I would love that this piece would definitely hold its shape through wear, the fact that I can’t get it to a useable position is upsetting and I’m sad I wasted my money on a tiny shiny paperweight.

But we're really bummed to hear about the struggle you went through trying to get it to fit comfortably. The fact that you tried for hours with pliers, scissors, and even channeled your eldest daughter superpowers to make it work, only to have it still be painful to wear, is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have.

    You're totally right that it's frustrating to get a product that needs adjusting without proper instructions or tools included. That "tiny shiny paperweight" comment really hits home - we never want our pieces to end up as expensive desk accessories because they're not wearable! The pain you experienced getting it on and off, plus only being able to wear it for 4 hours before it became uncomfortable, is definitely not acceptable.

    Small & Hard to Open !!!

    I saw positive and negative reviews of this cuff but bought anyway. I can’t get it to budge at all!!! I know others have been able to open this cuff but I can’t & trying to force it hurts. You need TOOLS to use this. Haven’t been able to wear it yet.

    Ear cuffs should definitely be adjustable enough that you can open them comfortably with your hands - you shouldn't have to struggle or risk hurting yourself just to get a piece of jewelry on. When the opening is that resistant, it takes all the enjoyment out of wearing the piece and just becomes a source of frustration instead.

    Beautiful, AND — Adjustable!

    Some of the reviews complain about the cuffs being too small and the metal not being adjustable. I wanted to mention that while the opening of the cuff was smaller than the pictures show, and while it does require some effort, this cuff can actually be adjusted for a better fit! I was going to use my needle nose pliers to open the cuff slightly but couldn’t find them, so I ended up using one of my daughter’s scissors (LOL). You just need to insert the closed tool into the cuff and carefully open LITTLE BY LITTLE until you have the perfect fit. Once you’ve made the adjustment you’re good to go as the cuff will hold its shape. If you need to close it a little again you can. I would just be super careful to not scratch or damage the metal, which is why it’s important to take your time. I’m glad I wasn’t deterred by the reviews stating the cuff could not be adjusted. Just takes a little elbow grease.

    Highly recommend!

    Beautiful — And Adjustable!

    I love this cuff! Some of the reviews complain that the opening is too small and the piece is not adjustable. While it is true that the opening was smaller than what the product photo shows, and while the metal is not easily bendable, I just wanted to say this cuff is in fact adjustable with a little effort! Confession: I couldn’t find my needle nose pliers so I carefully opened the cuff slightly using a pair of scissors (!) until I had the desired fit. You do need a tool to adjust it (and I recommend using needle nose pliers instead of scissors), but it is super feasible! Once the desired fit is achieved, the cuff holds its shape perfectly and no further adjustments are needed. Highly recommend!
