Questions About Cords Club Boxes?

When is the last day each month to sign up for or make adjustments to my subscription?
All new subscriptions (or adjustments to existing subscriptions) must be completed by 11:59 PM MST on the 25th of each month in order to apply to the upcoming subscription cycle. Any subscription sign up/adjustment from the 26th forward will apply to the next subscription cycle. 

For example, to be an active subscriber for July's VIP Box you'll need to finalize your subscription by June 25th, 11:59 PM MST. If you purchase your subscription on June 26th, your subscription will begin with the August VIP Box).

How will I receive my monthly discount code?

In order to receive your discount code, you'll need to be subscribed to emails and texts from us! If you haven't given us permission to send them to you, we can't send them to you.

If you believe you've already given both your information and permission, and still haven't received your code, please contact our support team so we can help resolve this issue for you.
How do I receive early access?
You'll receive alerts delivered right to your inbox for every new collection drop. Rest easy, knowing that you won't have to worry about missing out on a thing, now that you're a member!

If you're a VIP, you'll receive the launch password through both a text message and email - before anyone else!
When will I be billed for my Cords Club Box?
You will be billed for your first Cords Club Box upon sign up. Then, each month thereafter, you will be billed on the 1st of the month.

Example: If you sign up on the 15th, you will pay for your first box then. This first box will be sent in the first week of the next month. Then, you will be charged each month after that on the 1st of the month.
How can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes! You can easily manage your subscription via your customer portal (available here). We can help too, and are available via chat (see the bottom right corner of the Cords Club website) or by email. 
How many times per month can I use my discount code?
Each month's discount code can be used 1 time.
