This uniquely-shaped flat back stud adds a little pop of sparkle in your ear! Plus, the flat back design means no poking! Don’t worry, we include visual and written instructions with your order! Note that each flat back stud is sold individually. For a pair, add two to your cart.
This listing is for a single ASTM F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud.
Measurements: Post measures at 1/4 inch (6mm) length, 18 GA (1mm). Front design/pin is approx. 3.8x5.4mm wide. Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering.

I'm new to flat backs. What is the most important thing for me to know?
The first thing you'll want to learn is how to keep your Flat Backs nice and secure. Just like you'd tie your running shoes to make sure they stay on your feet for a run, you'll need to adjust your Flat Backs to keep them in place, too!

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we'd recommend starting there! We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?

Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

I loved this more than I thought I would. It looks “basic” online, but is so sparkly and pretty irl. I added the titanium spider silk chain as a connector between it and a pearl in my second lobe, and it just looks gorgeous!
