We collect Personal Information from the following sources:

We may receive information from third parties such as ecommerce platforms, payment processors, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, advertising and marketing partners (including providers that help with attribution and audience targeting), and social media platforms. Where you choose to interact with, connect, or authorize Third-Party Applications in connection with the Services, we receive Personal Information from those third parties and process it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Applicable Laws.

Your Personal Information is stored and processed in the following ways:

  • Personal information and user-generated data. Contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing information, and account or profile data) and non-biometric user-generated data (such as purchase history, subscription details, customer communications, and interactions with the Services) are stored using secure third-party cloud hosting providers so that this information can support order processing, account management, customer support, and other features of the Services.
  • Information processed through Third-Party Applications. Certain Personal Information may be collected, stored, or processed by Third-Party Applications that support the Services, such as ecommerce platforms, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping providers, analytics providers, advertising and marketing partners, and customer support tools. These Third-Party Applications process Personal Information in accordance with their own systems, safeguards, and privacy practices, and as necessary to provide and support the Services.

To provide the Services, we store and process Personal Information in the United States, where the Company is based. By using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we transfer Personal Information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and recognized transfer mechanisms. You understand that the United States may not provide the same level of data protection as the laws in your country of residence, and that U.S. data protection and other relevant laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Browsing and interacting on any of these Third-Party Services are subject to such Third-Party Services’ own terms and policies.

We do not control the content or links that appear on these Third-Party Services and are not responsible for the practices employed by such Third-Party Services. Such third parties’ use of any information you share is governed by the third party’s privacy policy.  The Services may also use third-party service remarketing services to advertise to previous visitors to the Services on such Third-Party Services. The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. This Privacy Policy describes how we may share your Personal Information for marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, the Shine the Light law permits you to request and obtain from us once per calendar year information about any of your Personal Information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we have shared such information. Our Services do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. However, some third-party websites do keep track of your browsing activities. Please note that we may not delete all of your information if: (1) we need it to complete a service as requested by you or perform under a contract we have with you; (2) we need such information to repair any errors to our Services or detect data security violations; or (3) we need such information to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with Applicable Laws. Please note that if we delete your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you the Services with the same functionality.
