This is not a good earring to purchase. The closure does not work & does not stay in place, therefore I’d love to return but no clue how to do this.

It's such a bummer when you're excited about a new pair of earrings but find that the closure mechanism isn't staying secure — especially when that's such a fundamental part of what makes hoops wearable and reliable for everyday wear. We totally understand how frustrating it must be when you can't even properly enjoy the earrings because they won't stay in place.
