This listing is for a single ASTM F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud.
Measurements: Post measures at 1/4 inch (6mm) length, 18 GA (1mm). Front design/pin is approx. 3.2x4mm wide. Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering.

I'm new to flat backs. What is the most important thing for me to know?

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we'd recommend starting there! We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?

Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

I purchased these pieces in May, and the mini cross had to be replaced in June after it fell out. Now, within the past two days, the replacement mini cross and another flat-back stud from the original order (the two leaves) have also fallen out.
I take good care of my jewelry and regularly check the tension on my studs throughout the day to ensure they remain secure. I’m confident both pieces were properly tightened, so having multiple pieces fall out, including a replacement, makes me question their quality and durability.
Unfortunately, both pieces are now lost since they fell out, which is especially frustrating given the cost of the jewelry and the fact that one had already been replaced. I’m disappointed with this experience and hope the company will address these recurring issues.
