Bring the forest with you, wherever you go. This tiny pine tree enamel flat back stud is the perfect accessory for any camper, nature-lover, or collector of cool sticks and pinecones. Plus, it's comfy, lightweight, and waterproof!
Sold individually. Colors available: 18K PVD Gold Plated, Titanium (dark silver)
Measurements:
- 20 GA (0.8 mm)
- Post measures 1/4 inch (6mm) in length, with a 4mm disc on back.
- Tree shape is approx. 4.1x7mm. Check your own ear measurement before ordering.
Materials: This is a single push-pin, threadless flat back stud made from ASTM F136 implant grade titanium and enamel. Gold color is 18k gold PVD plated titanium.
A Cords Club exclusive, we custom designed this enamel flat back stud. We spent months perfecting the size, weight, and color of these cuties! The stud is Phthalate-free and tested skin safe. 🫶🏻
Care: These are tarnish-proof and waterproof, with proper care. If you come into contact with chlorine or salt water, cream, lotion, perfumes, etc., rinse in cool water and gently dry with a lint-free cloth. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Avoid exposing this stud to high heat, as it can affect the enamel.
CARE
Soak your studs in warm water with a few drops of dish soap for about 15 minutes. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store safely.

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we'd recommend starting there! We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?

Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

I bought one of these adorable studs to match with a leaf one, but unfortunately this specific one just won’t stay in. Adorable and comfy, but I’m constantly worried about it and it just recently fell out and it’s completely gone. I have the backing but the stud itself has been loose since I got it. A little disappointing to spend this amount of money for it not to stay in.

We totally understand how frustrating it must be to constantly worry about it falling out, and then to actually lose the stud entirely — that's such a bummer, especially when you were trying to create a cute matching look with your leaf stud. Having a loose post from the start is definitely not the quality experience we want you to have, and we completely understand your disappointment after investing in a piece that should stay put reliably.
It's really disappointing when you love the look and comfort of an earring but can't trust it to stay secure throughout the day. That constant worry about losing it takes all the joy out of wearing it, and then to have it actually fall out and go missing — that's incredibly frustrating.
