The quality doesnt seem the be as good on the pair I received compared to all the other earrings I've received. They are very hard to open. And one had the clicker part bent so it didnt line up to click closed. They are beautiful however disappointed.

It's really disappointing when the quality doesn't match up to what you've come to expect from us, especially when you've had such great experiences with our other earrings in the past. Having hoops that are very hard to open is definitely frustrating, and receiving one with a bent clicker that won't align properly is absolutely not the quality we stand behind.
