This listing is for a single push-pin flat back stud. The front piece is stainless steel, the back post (the part that goes inside your ear) is ASTM F136 implant grade titanium.
Sold individually.
Measurements: Post measures at 1/4 inch (6mm) length, with a 3mm disc on back (note that this is smaller than many of the backs to our flat back studs). 20 GA (0.8 mm).
Jack O'Lantern shape is approx. 7.3x6.2mm. Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering.
Colors available: 18K PVD Gold Plated, Stainless Steel/Titanium (dark silver)
Care: These are tarnish-proof and waterproof. With all items of this material, if you come into contact with chlorine or salt water, cream, lotion, perfumes, etc. Rinse in water and dry if this does happen. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Avoid leaving this stud in extreme heat, as it can affect the enamel.

Soak your studs in a bowl filled with warm water and a few drops of dish soap for about 15 minutes.
Gently scrub your jewelry with a q tip or soft cloth to remove any buildup or debris.

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we d recommend starting there!
We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?
Our Flat Backs are sold individually, so make sure to add 2 to your cart if you'd like a pair!
Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

I purchased a pair of these in gold and I wore them only during the week of Halloween and the week after, but the enamel is already peeling on one of them. The gold metal has also faded into a silver color near the peeling parts too. Really disappointed by the quality. The other earring is fine, I just don’t get what’s up with this one. :(

It's such a bummer when you're excited about a seasonal piece like the Jack O'Lantern studs and then the enamel starts peeling after just two weeks of wear — that's definitely not the experience we want you to have. Having the gold fade to silver along with the peeling enamel is really disappointing, especially when the other earring is holding up perfectly fine. It's so frustrating when there's an inconsistency like that!
