This is a lovely chain, and I like the oval links. It's lightweight but with a little substance. I wouldn't mind if it were a little heavier because the chain twists and I'm frequently adjusting it to get it to lay right (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). If you don't mind the twisting or adjusting, it's still a nice chain with a slightly equestrian feel to it -- pairs nicely with sweaters and boots! But careful with woven sweaters: the little spacers between links do tend to catch on some clothing and may cause snags.

This necklace has become my favorite necklace and I have worn it almost every day since I received it. It is just heavy enough to feel it when you are wearing it, but not so heavy that it interferes in what you are doing while wearing it. I would definitely recommend this necklace!
