I received a digital gift card after returning a pair of earrings that were too large for my ears. Returning was quick and painless, and in place of just returning I was able to select a digital gift card ( which obviously did because why would I not turn around and buy another pair). The gift card was so simple and easy to use with my account. I will definitely be giving out a gift card as a present or asking for one for a future gift for myself!

I was issued this gift card after receiving a piece that was damaged. Although I was sad about the piece, Cords Club customer service offered me a replacement, a refund, or a credit (gift card) to help make it right. Filing the warrantee claim for the damaged piece was super easy, and involved sending one single picture with a description. No hassle, no back and forth, just old fashioned customer service, making it right. I have a feeling this will be my lifelong brand for earrings.
