i really wanted to love this necklace. the chain is so much thicker than expected, and paired with the pendant looking comically small next to the size of the chain made it a no for me. I do wear it as a bracelet sometimes, but i do wish it had a smaller chain. (didn't return since i was outside of the 30 days from order window)

We're really sorry to hear that the proportions didn't work out the way you were hoping - we totally understand how disappointing it can be when you're excited about a piece and then the chain thickness and pendant size just don't balance the way you expected them to.
Your point about the chain being much thicker than anticipated and making the pendant look small in comparison is really valuable feedback for us. We know how important it is for all the elements of a necklace to work together harmoniously, and when those proportions feel off, it can completely change how you feel about wearing the piece.
We're glad to hear you've found a way to get some use out of it as a bracelet sometimes, but we totally get that it's not the same as having the necklace you were originally excited about. Your feedback about wishing for a smaller chain option is something we really appreciate hearing, and we're sorry the 30-day window had already passed when you realized it wasn't working for you as intended.
