Materials: 18k Gold PVD Plated Stainless Steel & Stainless Steel
Measurement: Outer diameter approx. 14mm
Care: Water and tarnish proof with proper care. If exposed to salt water, chlorine, or lotions/perfumes, rinse off with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Do not pull, twist, or tug on your jewelry.
Note that this is a cuff and, therefore, isn't as tightly secured as a clicker style or butterfly back hoop. That being said, with proper care, this cuff will be part of your collection for a very long time.

This was the 2nd ear cuff I ever wore and it looks so good on my ear! It is a little plain and simple, which is what I like about t. It goes with just about anything I wear with it. This would be a great addition to anyone's earring collection!

I really like how this looks on, but I find it falls off easily so I have to be really careful. Might just be my ear anatomy though.

You're absolutely right that ear anatomy plays a huge role in how cuffs sit and stay secure, and everyone's ears are so unique!
While some variation in fit is normal, a cuff that falls off easily definitely isn't giving you the secure, comfortable wear we want you to experience. It could be that this particular piece needs a slight adjustment to better match your ear shape.

Like other reviewers, I had to use pliers to make it possible to fit onto my ear. I have not had to do this with any of the three other Cords Club ear cuffs I own. It's cute once it's on but I'm rating 2 stars because I do not think I should need pliers to make an ear cuff wearable.
I wish I'd taken a photo comparing the opening of this to the opening of the other cuffs I have before I pried it open because it was a very visible difference. I think quality control was a miss on this one.
