A tiny tribute to your favorite purple soda pop. This flat back stud features a juicy-colored, faceted zirconia set in a spiky starburst frame. It's perfect for adding a splash of color to your look.
This listing is for a single ASTM F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud. Note that the nature of prong settings can make them catch on hair or fibers
Note that this is the same stud that was in the April 2025 Studs of the Month Box.
Measurements:
- 18 GA (1mm)
- Post is 1/4 inch (6mm) in length, with a 4mm disc on back.
- Approx. size of front design is 5.8mm x 5.2mm
- Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering
Materials: 18K PVD Gold Plated, ASTM-F136 Titanium, ASTM-F136 Titanium, prong-set zirconia
Care: Water and tarnish proof with proper care. If exposed to salt water, chlorine, or lotions/perfumes, rinse off with cool-warm water and gently dry. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Do not pull, twist, or tug on your jewelry.
CARE
Soak your studs in warm water with a few drops of dish soap for about 15 minutes. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store safely.

I'm new to flat backs. What is the most important thing for me to know?

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we'd recommend starting there! We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?

Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

This is from one of my favorite collections. The purple stone and the gold look so good together. I originally got one for my helix piercing and I love how it looks but it is a little stabbie when I sleep on that side 🤭 but still love them.
