Care: The metal parts are waterproof. However, the pearls are not.
Prolonged exposure to water can discolor or damage the pearls and the thread that holds them together. Remove the necklace before swimming or showering. Gently clean with damp dust-free cloth. These are real pearls and, therefore, we recommend storing the necklace wrapped in a soft cloth to avoid scratches from other jewelry.

I'd like to think i have a normal neck but this choker was extremely small. Almost child size. I could barely get it on. Does not lay on me like it does on the model. Very cute, but im considering returning.
