Exactly as pictured. Cute dainty chain! Ive been wearing constantly - through workouts, showers, etc. and still in great shape. Clasp seems like a great quality, no concerns about it failing or being flimsy.

I got this necklace as a Christmas gift, but I’ve been wearing it about a week and it made my neck red and itchy :( I have a lot of other cords club earrings and none of them have ever irritated my skin, so this came as a shock to me. Also side note, I feel like the gold is way more yellow than in the pictures. When I hold it up to my other cords club studs it definitely looks more yellow. All in all, this necklace just wasn’t meant to be for me.

It's such a bummer when you receive something as a Christmas gift and are excited to wear it — especially when you've had such great experiences with all your other Cords Club earrings and never had any skin reactions before — only to have it cause redness and itching after just a week of wear. We totally understand how disappointing and unexpected this must be when it's so different from your usual experience with our pieces.
We're also sorry that the gold tone looks more yellow than what you were expecting based on our photos. It's frustrating when the color doesn't match up with your existing Cords Club studs, especially when you're hoping for pieces that coordinate well together in your jewelry collection.

So bummed. I only wore this necklace once and the chain broke without me even touching it. Fell right off my neck when I walked out the house. Looks like the rings the hold the clasp was already loose when I received it.

It's such a bummer when you're excited to wear a new piece only to have it fall right off your neck when you're heading out — especially when it seems like the clasp rings were already compromised when you received it. We totally understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, particularly since you barely got a chance to enjoy wearing it.
A necklace breaking on the first wear is definitely not the quality experience we want you to have, and it sounds like this was a manufacturing issue with the clasp connection that should have been caught before it reached you. It's a gorgeous chain for sure. I find it really uncomfortable though. It feels a bit abrasive around my skin and my hair gets caught in a link and pulled occasionally, which hurts. The tail after the clasp spins and wraps around the back of the necklace.
