As of right now I can only give a low-star review because I was sent an 18" chain instead of the 22" that I ordered. I cannot use any of the chain extenders that I have because of the way the clasp is. I ordered the 22" on 'final sale,' so the return portal doesn't allow me to exchange on there or even report the error. Waiting to hear back via email.
I do agree with some other reviewers that the pendant seems kind of small for such a thick chain, but it's still cute, and feels sturdy. The thickness of the chain somehow seems less irritating to my skin than some daintier chains (seems to be a texture/friction thing for me, so even with hypoallergenic metals my neck can get irritated, especially in the back).
I have a large frame, and thyroid nodules, so I need a minimum of 20" for necklaces. This necklace not only looks like a "choker" on me, it actually kind of feels like it's compressing my airway. I wish more companies would offer 20-22" chains!

i really wanted to love this necklace. the chain is so much thicker than expected, and paired with the pendant looking comically small next to the size of the chain made it a no for me. I do wear it as a bracelet sometimes, but i do wish it had a smaller chain. (didn't return since i was outside of the 30 days from order window)

We're really sorry to hear that the proportions didn't work out the way you were hoping - we totally understand how disappointing it can be when you're excited about a piece and then the chain thickness and pendant size just don't balance the way you expected them to.
Your point about the chain being much thicker than anticipated and making the pendant look small in comparison is really valuable feedback for us. We know how important it is for all the elements of a necklace to work together harmoniously, and when those proportions feel off, it can completely change how you feel about wearing the piece.
