It's absolutely unacceptable that the earrings have sharp edges that are digging into your ears and causing cuts or marks — that's definitely not the quality experience we want anyone to have with their jewelry, especially when your husband thoughtfully started this subscription for you.

We take quality control very seriously, and it sounds like these pieces didn't meet our standards before being sent out. Sharp edges that cause pain and leave marks are not something we ever want to happen, and we're truly sorry that you've had this experience with not just one, but three sets of earrings.
