This listing is for a single ASTM F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud. 

Measurements: 

• 18 GA (1mm), though compatible with most 16 or 20 gauge threadless labret posts
• Post is 1/4 inch (6mm) in length, with a 4mm disc on back. 
• Approx. size of ribbon is 3.1mm x 7mm
• Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering
