Found: a few important-looking pieces that probably fell out of an appliance.

This mixed metal necklace is industrial, unexpected, and way cooler than whatever those parts were originally for. It features 18k gold PVD plated stainless steel and stainless steel.

Materials: 18k gold PVD plated stainless steel, polished stainless steel

Measurement: 18" chain. Clasp opens in front by unscrewing the piece that goes through the connectors.

Care: Water and tarnish proof with proper care. If exposed to salt water, chlorine, or lotions/perfumes, rinse off with cool water and gently dry. When not wearing, store in a dry, cool place. Do not pull, twist, or tug on your jewelry.

    It's a Clevis!

    I do admin work for a very blue collar company, and nearly EVERY SINGLE man who I work with has asked me, "is that a clevis? That's so cool!"     Can't wear it

    My necklace came with a connector that is unable to be unscrewed without damaging the surface. Make sure if you buy this necklace that you check that you can unscrew it before the return policy ends, and that you are okay with potentially damaging the surface.

I'm so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your Junk Drawer Necklace, and I completely understand your frustration that the connector is stuck and can't be unscrewed without potentially damaging the surface. When you can't even properly open or adjust your necklace because the connector won't budge, it's essentially unwearable - that's definitely not the quality standard we aim for.

    Having a connector that's seized up or over-tightened to the point where it risks surface damage when you try to use it is absolutely unacceptable, and I can completely see why this feels so disappointing when you should be able to easily adjust and wear your necklace right out of the package.
