I chose the smallest size, and with such a small hoop, it is QUITE difficult to get open with my larger fingertips. I do love the way it looks, and it is a smooth enough clasp mechanism that it doesn't hurt if the clasp ends up inside the pierced cartilage. It's a pain to open, but that is a decent trade off for how smooth the clasp is. I just think some people would want to know that before buying.

these are easy to put in and look seamless once on. I returned the smallest size because my earlobes are a little too plump, but not because there's anything wrong with the earrings. Return was easy too!
