Thanks for the honest review and for giving us 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars! We're so glad to hear that you love the Dual Chain Flat Back Studs enough to purchase them twice - that definitely tells us you think they're worth it despite the frustrations.

But we're really bummed to hear that both pairs have fallen out on you, and that they've been hard to put in as well. When studs are difficult to insert and then don't stay secure once they're in, that's definitely not the experience we want you to have. The push-fit mechanism should click in smoothly and then hold tight through all your daily activities. If you're having trouble getting them seated properly and they're coming loose afterward, there might be an issue with the fit between the post and backing that we need to look into.
