    Not Good at All

    This is not a good earring to purchase. The closure does not work & does not stay in place, therefore I’d love to return but no clue how to do this.

It's such a bummer when you're excited about a new pair of earrings but find that the closure mechanism isn't staying secure — especially when that's such a fundamental part of what makes hoops wearable and reliable for everyday wear.
