    Very yellow, very itchy

    I got this necklace as a Christmas gift, but I’ve been wearing it about a week and it made my neck red and itchy :( I have a lot of other cords club earrings and none of them have ever irritated my skin, so this came as a shock to me. Also side note, I feel like the gold is way more yellow than in the pictures. When I hold it up to my other cords club studs it definitely looks more yellow. All in all, this necklace just wasn’t meant to be for me.

    Unfortunate

    So bummed. I only wore this necklace once and the chain broke without me even touching it. Fell right off my neck when I walked out the house. Looks like the rings the hold the clasp was already loose when I received it.

    A necklace breaking on the first wear is definitely not the quality experience we want you to have, and it sounds like this was a manufacturing issue with the clasp connection that should have been caught before it reached you.     It's alright

    It's a gorgeous chain for sure. I find it really uncomfortable though. It feels a bit abrasive around my skin and my hair gets caught in a link and pulled occasionally, which hurts. The tail after the clasp spins and wraps around the back of the necklace.
