Cords Club jewelry is advertised for everyday wear that doesn’t tarnish, and that you can sleep in. When I got my bracelet, the lobster clasp was detached. I fixed it myself, no big deal, but then I realized the gold border around the rhinestones have come detached from the rest of the bracelet in several places, and the tines on the stone setting gets caught on ALL OF MY CLOTHES and any other fabrics, like my bed sheets. I’ve also noticed some damage from where the gold presses into the tines, causing some black spots.

We're really sorry to hear about all the issues you've experienced - receiving jewelry with a detached lobster clasp right out of the box is definitely not acceptable, and we appreciate you taking the initiative to fix it yourself, though you absolutely shouldn't have had to do that.
We're especially concerned about the gold border detaching from the rhinestones in multiple places and the tines catching on your clothes and bedding. That's completely the opposite of what we promise with our everyday wear pieces, and we know how frustrating it must be to have a bracelet that snags on everything instead of being comfortable for daily wear. The black spots you're noticing from the gold pressing into the tines is also really concerning and definitely not something that should be happening with proper construction.
Your experience is falling way short of our quality standards, especially for a piece that's meant to be durable enough for sleeping and everyday activities. I am a first time buyer of Cords Club jewelry and had been eyeing some products for a long time before buying. This bracelet was one of the items I ended up purchasing and I was so excited to receive it. I wore it for about a week, every other day or so, and then bracelet broke! I am disappointed as I loved the item, but the bracelet didn't keep as long as I expected.
