Measurements:
- 18 GA (1mm), though compatible with most 16 or 20 gauge threadless labret posts

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we d recommend starting there!
We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?
Our Flat Backs are sold individually, so make sure to add 2 to your cart if you'd like a pair!
Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

This two-stud earring is so unique and gorgeous. I’ve been wearing one in my 3rd and the other in my mid helix with the dainty chain and tiny charm hanging in between. It’s honestly more comfortable than I thought and the chain really does not get caught on anything even with long hair. I hope they make more double flat back studs like this in more color stones.

I hate to say it. I really do. I ordered these in titanium to wear with a heart throb. My hope was that I could Miraculously make the stubs fit in my cartilage down to my lobe. The chain is juuuuusssst too short. And I can give cords club credit they never advertised that the chain was long enough to do this. And the quality to the studs and chain are fantastic as per usual. But I do wish it would have been a bit long to work or that the chain was a separate piece and you could have selected a length in cart. So the only solution is to just commit to getting me second lobes done lol!
