This tiny ball is perfect for so many different piercing locations, whether cartilage or lobe!
This listing is for a single push-pin flat back stud, ASTMF136 implant grade titanium.
If you'd prefer the same flat back stud, but in surgical steel, we have it here
Measurements: Back post is 1/4" (6 mm) length, with a 4mm disc on back. 18 GA. The little ball on this earring is approx. 2 mm in diameter.
Colors: Silver color is ASTMF136 implant grade titanium, gold is the same titanium that is PVD Plated 18K Gold.
CARE
Soak your studs in warm water with a few drops of dish soap for about 15 minutes. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store safely.

I'm new to flat backs. What is the most important thing for me to know?
The first thing you'll want to learn is how to keep your Flat Backs nice and secure. Just like you'd tie your running shoes to make sure they stay on your feet for a run, you'll need to adjust your Flat Backs to keep them in place, too!

What size are the flat back earrings?
Cords Club's Flat Backs are 18 gauge and come with a 6mm long Flat Back post.
A 6mm post is a great length for most people, so we'd recommend starting there! We do also have a range of other sizes available and sold separately. If you have questions about sizing, we'd love to help!
Are your flat backs sold individually? Or in pairs?

Do I need to buy the flat back applicator, too?
Our Flat Back Applicator is a great tool but it's not necessary! The Flat Back Applicator is designed to help make the process of changing your flat backs faster and easier, but you can definitely change your earrings without one. The choice is totally up to you!

I love it……. Here’s the thing, I constantly have to check and make sure they haven’t embedded into my ear. Especially while sleeping. I tried to stay off my ears but that did not help. These are so tiny that they are smaller than my 2mm diamond flat backs. They look great on my stacked lobe but they are a headache and causes too much anxiety to wear. After a month they got stuck so bad my husband had to take them out of my ear! Please don’t get this even if you have thin lobes it will still embed.
